Mixed views on further Kapiti RONS contract

NZTA recently sought feedback from Roading NZ on a suggestion that the second placed proponent for the McKay's/Peka Peka contract be considered for award of the next Kapiti RONS (Roads of National Significance) contract. Members have mixed views on this. Read our response here . . .
