Physical works and professional services procurement procedures

Land Transport NZ conducted a review of its procurement procedures for professional services and physical works, and sought responses to a consultation document from the New Zealand land transport sector. Feedback was obtained on the key issues to be addressed by the review, the proposed guiding principles for procurement, and the proposed initiatives and actions that have been identified so far.
