re. the Discussion Paper on the Regulatory Provisions of the Commerce Act 1986. While supporting the purpose of the Paper, which is aimed at safeguarding the long term interests of consumers in markets where there is little or no competition, we raised issues around funding certainty and the appropriate level of regulation.
